Key Responsibilities
§ Ensure expenditure and cost is prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
§ Records and verifies invoices in the expenses purchases order reports are matched with the amount HQ and store staff claim in the reports
§ Ensure that all headquarter expenses purchases order reports are properly recorded in SAP
§ communicate with each department /region on improper payment requirement
§ Maintain A/P log sheet and keep record for any incompliances payment


Education, Experience, and Qualifications
§ A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
§ Accounting qualification certificate is a plus
§ At least three years of experience with hands-on exposure in A/P
§ Knowledge of PRC accounting and tax regulations
§ Experience in SAP accounting system and HSBC.net is preferred
§ Good command of written and verbal communication skills in Korean is a plus
§ Advanced knowledge of Excel and finance operation systems
§ Superior work ethics and initiatives, and be a dependable team player to perform in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
§ Written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean is a plus
