Purpose
? Monitor relationship between brand and dealer, Monitor dealer's retailing management skills and training,
? Help to deliver all city marketing activities
? Maintain relationship with key dept.Store.
? Fulfill the sale target and POS development plan in region assigned.

b. Monitor Dealer's inventory level and suggest ordering
c. Monitor Dealer's retailing management and training
d. Evaluate competitors' information and formulate reaction sales and marketing strategies
e. Develop annual sales Forecast for each city and control the furniture cost. a. Achieve the sales target that was confirmed at the previous year
b. Ensure dealer to maintain enough stock level on best sellers and new products.
c. Ensure the trade terms and rebate can be implemented effectively to dealers.
d. Understand the market situation and competitors' information, in turn to formulate and implement certain policies and strategies to enhance our brand's status in the market
e. Maintain quality of POS and fulfill the city and POS development plan.
f. Conduct a sales estimate for each city in each month a. Selling skills; good relationship with dealers and dept. Stores.; sales strategies; presentation skills
b. Good selling and presentation skills
c. Analytical skills; good relationship with dealers and colleagues
2. Communication
a. Communicate with upper management on market conditions, competitor activities and business threats/opportunities
b. Communicate with dealers and dept. store on company policy and brand policy, such as consumer discount policy
c. Regular meeting with sale and marketing colleagues
a. Exchange information to ensure our policy is appropriate to the market and react on the competitors' activities
b. Enforce the policies to retailers, such as consumer discount policy to retain retailers' profit margin
c. Exchange information to ensure steady supply of POS and display materials for retailers

a. Prepare monthly report

Deliver selling skill and product knowledge training to dealers.

5. Policy Enforcement
a. Assure dealers to respect the brand policy
b. Review dealer's inventory levels to ensure they carry a core collection to meet consumers' demand
c. Help to review target setting up . a. Explanation and enforcement
b. Supervise retailer pricing
c. Make recommendations
5. Budget Control and Planning ? Fulfill the sale target under the furniture budget assigned ? Develop annual sales budget and budget update forecast for assigned customers
7. Distribution Control and Development ? Recognize new retail opportunities ahead of competitors
? Open new shops according to objectives and to ensure minimum necessary distribution while maintaining a high quality retailer network ? Open high potential shop and close low potential shop through negotiation with retailer and management
8. General
? Ensure payment is settled on time with dealers.
