Responsible for the store daily operation up to the SWATCH retail service standard,including work distribution,staff appearance management,staff performance appraisal,good execution of company policy,etc.
Responsible for the revenue generation to achieve or exceed the required revenue target from company
Responsible for providing the relevant professional customer services up to the company standard in the store environment,and assist staff to well deal with the customer complaints
Responsible for intelligence collection and the respective comments/complaints analysis and reporting
Responsible for the stock management
Responsible for the main communications among Company,Brand,Landlord and Competitors


Qualifications:
Be adapt to retail working time and environmentAt least 3 years relevant retail experience,preferably in fashion brands
At least 3 years relevant commercial and supervisory management experienc
College degree or above
Good at spoken and written English
