Responsibility:

a. Working in WS EKA Service Desk Team 12 by 7 level 1 support
b. Conduct virtual operation (remote) model to provide 1st level support on external client's system support, which is including server monitoring, proactive maintenance, and problem resolution or escalation.

Technical skills:
1. IT or engineering related university degree
2. Solid Microsoft Win-based knowledge and practical working experience
3. One Years working experience for a daily operation on medium or large environment:
a. Windows 2003 /Window 2008 Active Directory
b. Exchange Mail systems
c. HP hardware technologies
d. Hyper-V Virtualization Platform
e. Experience on systems monitoring/management tools

Professional Skills (Such as sales skills etc.)
Daily IT backend server maintenance & troubleshooting skills

Knowledge (Such as education background, certification etc.)
MCITP is preferred
