任职要求：
1、三年以上同行业工作经验；
2、曾担任五星级酒店保洁、清洁行业，或物业相关项目的项目经理；
3、具备独立主持一个或多个项目的能力；
4、有一定的英语基础者优先。

岗位职责：
1、熟悉本岗位各项工作流程，稳重大方，责任心强；熟悉各类设备使用，应当个中材质不同保养，如大理石翻新等
2、有冷静和果断的处事能力，有一定的组织能力；
3、负责制定培训计划、管理计划、预算计划。
4、参加项目经理主持的部门例会，总结当月工作，制订下月计划。
5. 负责发现运作中不合格的服务项目，进行跟踪、验证，处理客户投诉。
6. 接受及处理客户投诉，并予记录，及向上级报告。
