Responsibilities:

· Responsible for CKD pre-dialysis patient education and PD patient management. Develop strategies and plans that align with marketing objectives, and build up positive perception of “Why Baxter PD” among patients.

· Develop a pre-dialysis patient education model through integrated online and offline platform to increase therapy awareness and Baxter brand preference.

o Understand target patients and develop patient acquisition and education program base on their needs through online and offline actives,

o Manage www.shentouxi.com.cn , and improve KPIs, e.g. click, registration, bounce rate, etc. by working with internal partner and agency.

o Response for hospital CKD management project, work closely with sales and build good relationship with hospitals and deliver good result (enroll target audiences, support hospital organize education meetings and manage patient management system) through management.

o Follow up and optimize whole pre-dialysis patient education program, such as SOP of call service, key message optimization, management system optimization, etc.

o Lead patient education materials development, such as DM, e-DM, video, etc.

· Lead patient management team with the objective of increasing patients’ retention rate and brand royalty by provides value-added services and set up an effective patient management system.

· Responsible for KPIs and budget control provide monthly report with constructive suggestion.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree, minimally 8 years working experience, manager experience on CRM or consumer education is preferred.

· Good experience on corporate with agencies and working experience on brand building is preferred;

· Be good at marketing planning and execution, be innovative and have solid experience in project planning and management;

· Good communication skills with high responsibility;

· Customer oriented, with highly passionate, energetic, self-motivated, carefulness, and results oriented;

• General knowledge of print and electronic publication process;

· Good spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
