JOB DETAILS
Job Purpose
MV Drives projects management with added responsibility of technical support in greater China, as well as coordination of all resources involved with related departments, customers and channels in project managements, and Customer Service and Maintenance Department for MV post-sales service activities.

Project management and delivery
Internal & external on drives Technical Expertise
Technical support to sales team
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for MV Drives order entry and delivery, detailed discussion with MV Drives manufacturing plant on technical specifications, order status tracking and update, and technical clarifications/kick-off meeting with customer when required.
Coordinate Customer Service and Maintenance Department for MV Drives field technical support and customer training. Develop good practices for maintenance/commissioning, trouble-shooting and technical telephone support.
Provide technical support to sales team on MV Drives applications.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering. PMP will be preferred.
