BASIC FUNCTION:

- Perform the whole process of monthly closing of Shanghai Kohler Electronics Ltd.
- Prepare financial and management reports for Shanghai Kohler Electronics Ltd.
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist the Accounting Manager to manage the daily accounting operation of SKE.
- Prepare the bookkeeping of GL
- Prepare Account Reconciliation and clear the long aging items.
- Prepare the Intercompany Reconciliation.
- Prepare the Fixed Assets Records.
- Review and control the monthly department expense
- Prepare monthly PRC & management financial reports
- Complete monthly statistics and tax reports
- Coordinate with Auditors both internal and external
- Assist the Accounting Manager to complete the financial plan
- Prepare the Business License annual inspection
- Perform ad-hoc financial projects as assigned.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a degree in Finance with a strong emphasis in Accounting.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Good working attitude, conscientious, able to work under multi-tasks and operate with certain independence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team player.
- 2+ years experience in a Foreign Invested Enterprise is preferrable.
