Basic Purpose 主要工作目标

1. 建立并落实EHS管理制度，已符合公司总体EHS政策及相关的法律法规。

Establish and manage the implementation of EHS programs for Houghton China, meeting all Houghton International EHS policies, programs requirements as well as China laws and regulations related with EHS.

2. 维持并改进公司ISO管理体系。

Maintain and improve ISO management system in Houghton China.

Duties and Responsibilities 主要职责

l 建立并落实EHS管理程序，包括环境（大气排放，废水及废物管理），健康和安全管理项目（包括事故调查、报告及预防，消防应急，化学品等），以达到总公司的目标与要求，同时做到遵纪守法。

Establish and manage the implementation of EHS programs, including environment (air, water and waste), health and safety (accident investigation/ reporting and prevention, emergency preparedness and response, chemical, etc) management programs, to improve company EHS level.

l 为各运营部门提供支持与技术指导，以确保各EHS管理要求得以开展及落实，努力为员工提供一个安全健康的工作环境，同时保护工厂所在的区域环境不因我公司活动而导致任何污染。

Provide support and technical guidance to operation personnel to ensure programs are developed and implemented to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and protect the environment from adverse effects.

l 组织、主持各类EHS审计及评估，识别相关风险及各类问题，并提出解决方案、跟踪协调各部门直至解决完成。

Conduct, manage and coordinate all EHS audits and reviews necessary to meet company and national requirements.

l 给相关员工设立并提供EHS必要的培训/指导，包括但不限于新员工EHS意识培训，危害识别培训及化学品意识培训等，以提高管理层及全体员工的EHS意识水平。

Develop and deliver all necessary EHS trainings/coaching to required employees, including but not limited to new employee EHS training, hazard recognition, chemical awareness training, etc. to improve the management and employees’ EHS awareness.

l 与内部相关部门，外部政府部门及供应商等建立并保持良好关系，促进工作的顺利开展

Manage relationships with internal support departments, governmental offices and service providers to ensure the implementation of EHS programs.

l 建立并保持EHS交流平台，促进公司各工厂及现场服务人员分享优秀做法、交流经验

Develop and maintain an EHS network for reporting and sharing best practices for China sites.

l 批准EHS相关的各项操作，确保符合法律法规及公司要求

Approve all EHS associated work to ensure facilities to meet all regulations and business requirements.

l 管理公司ISO体系，带领团队按照计划通过外部审核

Manage and maintain Houghton China ISO management system; lead teams to pass the external audits as scheduled.

Position Requirements 岗位需求

Education 教育背景:

l 大学本科及以上学历，环境工程或安全管理等相关专业

University bachelor degree or above, with background in Environmental Engineering or EHS Management.

Working Experience 工作经验:

l 5年以上跨国化工公司EHS工作经验

Minimum 5 year work experience on EHS in similar chemical companies.

l 熟悉EHS法律法规及管理体系

Be familiar with EHS regulations and management system.

l 熟悉ISO管理体系

Good knowledge of ISO management systems.

Skills 工作技能:

Good presentation skills.

l 流利的英语口语及书写能力

Fluent oral and excellent written English

l 良好的电脑Office软件使用技巧
