Quality Specialist

物流公司内部的Quality人员优先考虑
PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION:
·support the DC in developing and managing the Quality work as part of the DS Asia Pacific QSE organisation and strategy
·Support the matrix organisation on Quality issues
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Be the main interface between the DC and DS Quality Support Centre
·Apply all valid the company rules and working method and ensure different tasks are carried out according to agreed timeframes and deadlines.
·Execute the goals and action plan of the DC as they relate to Quality:
Supply Quality
·Register and document inbound deviations, communicate all necessary documentation and information to the QUALITY SUPPORT CENTRE thru CASY system.
·Support the DC inbound teams with training and guidance on receiving deviations
Product Quality
·Monitor CASY technician queue and carry out Product Quality investigations as per instructions received from QUALITY SUPPORT CENTRE and following valid the company documentations.
·Document Product Quality investigations and report results to QUALITY SUPPORT
CENTRE thru CASY system.
·Repairs
·Organize and supervise repair activities (inbound damages, product quality issues) in the DC
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS AND FORUMS
Internal the company
·DS Quality Support Centre
·Retailers (stores) in Asia Pacific (according to distribution set-up)
·Trading and IoS technicians
External (Outside the company):
·External Service Provider
·Suppliers, carriers
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCE
·Basic knowledge of the company Supply Chain and Quality systems
·Good command of English and fluent in local language
·Self driven, systematic, communicative and well organized person
·Service and quality oriented; willing to work on site in a warehouse environment
·Service and customer oriented
·Flexible, able to work with a variety of tasks under stress
·PC proficiency
