This position is for the marketing of the Novita brand - new family of Kohler co. integrated from Dec. 2011, which is the no.1 brand in Korea of the electronics bidet category.
This position will present you the valuable chances to learn the various areas of marketing and to have the great achievements by the developing and growing new brand and business in China.
We are looking for the person who has the strong experiences on the new media advertisement and branding strategy and tactics with the passionate, self-motivated personality.
Job Description:
? Reporting to Novita brand- Marketing Associate Manager, the Specialist needs to drive to set up the marketing strategies as the long-term and short-term view to achieve set business objectives within a specific time frame. And also needs to drive the detail planning and execution on marketing communication and trade marketing.
- Marketing communication:
· Media, PR, AD and Activity: To develop the brand awareness and solid brand positioning needs to set the marketing strategy plan and execute the communication and advertisement via new media (on-line, Application, mobile message, etc) and traditional media (Magazine, newspaper, out/in-door AD, etc.)
· Literature: Develop and executes Corporate and Product Literature including POP, DM, etc. in China. Based on solid customer and market trends understanding, providing initiative ideas for the integration of online and offline literature, be creative on transforming traditional literature to digital format.
· Design: To secure the right and solid brand image/positioning, needs to control and manage the showroom image, display, website, video, visual design which are related our brand/product/display.
- Trade Marketing:
· National promotion activity: Planning and leading national promotion activities with specific focus at retail and trade channels.
· Exhibition: From the point of the brand image and awareness and also for the sales’ requirement, proceed the exhibition planning and execution.
As part of these responsibilities, this position will:
· Study customer needs on K&B product, understand their functional needs and emotional insight
· Monitor and compile competitors literature and communication materials tracking report, responsible for timely competitive analysis on literature
· Develop, and activate B2C communication materials and build and develop the brand awareness via all major traditional tool (Consumer brochure, DM, POP, Traditional AD etc.) and new tools(online, BBS, Mobile application, etc.)
· Explore digital trends on decoration materials. Transform traditional literature to digital format. Enhance the interaction with users.
· Manage the entire creative development process from brief to local activation, lead to generate literature content structure and executions.
· Build effective working relationships with internal working groups
· Work with and supervise agencies and suppliers and assess their performance
· Performs other duties as assigned
Requirement:
· Above 3 years experiences in marketing or advertising
· University degree
· Integrity, reliable, honest, pleasant, mature and self-motivated
· Very Strong coordination capability, excellent communication skill with people at all levels and from various backgrounds, hands on/detail are a must
· Adaptable, initiative and able to meet deadline in a tight schedule with minimal supervision
· Strong writing and verbal skills in both Chinese and English skills
· Innovative, creative, problem-solver, good marketing/business sense and marketing communication planning capabilities
· Willing to travel when required by business
