China Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
。Take care of all aspects of statutory reporting under PRC GAAP and US GAAP;
。Ensure accounting and reporting are accurately, timely prepared and consolidated, submitted according to both local and US requirements;
。Design and implement internal controls and country specific accounting policies/procedures;
。Drive re-engineering of financial processes including centralization of the China financial processing functions;
。Be responsible for coordination with local tax authorities and other government authorities, advise management on tax issues/changes;
。Be responsible for treasury to ensure China operations are financed at lower costs and high efficiency;
。Ensure full compliance of SOX in this role
。Coach, develop and build a strong credible finance team;
。Keep management informed of important financial issues

Requirements:
。University degree majored in accounting;
。CET-4 as minimum;
。 CPA and ERP knowledge preferred;
。 Minimum four years experience in Finance Manager’s position in multinational manufacturing companies;
。Good interpersonal skills and leadership;
。Detail, result oriented and able to deliver under pressure
