Major Responsibilities:

1. Cole member for Comex and Opex implementation.
2. Financial advisor and business partner for business development, operation efficiency improvement, cost saving, investment, etc.
3. Consolidate regular reports from each legal entities and prepare regional business performance analysis on these reports, like sales, material cost, conversion cost, SG&A, operation working capital, capital project progress.
4. Prepare monthly reporting packages for financial review meeting.
5. Prepare and consolidate quarterly business performance review report with APAC guideline.
6. Assist the company's budgeting, forecasting process.
7. Provide financial analysis and advice to marketing and operation team by financial modeling on marketing. campaign, pricing & GM changing, purchasing cost, conversion cost changing, etc.
8. Analysis on investment proposal, capital expenditure, new market entry, business expansion or other investment initiatives.
9. Assist with ad-hoc reports, analysis, and financial projects.
10. Other responsibilities assigned by line supervisor/manager.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
2. 5+ years work experience in financial planning and/or analysis with FIE. Manufacture experience preferred.
3. Familiar with Microsoft Excel modeling and power point, previous exposure ERP system and BI system will be a plus.
4. Willing to receive challenge and work under pressure
5. Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills
6. CMA or ACCA or other equivalent would be better. Students working on these accounting qualifications would be also acceptable.
7. Smart quick-learner, positive, proactive, detailed and diligent.
8. Good communication skills and able to solve problem independently and work under pressure.
