EHS Manager (欧美独资公司,全球化工程集团,诚招EHS经理,无行业限制)

Main Responsibilities
l This position provides environmental, health, safety, and security leadership to Shanghai plant operations.
l Facilitates process and provides technical and administrative leadership to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and MESH requirements.
l Chooses fiscally and socially responsible methods and processes of managing natural resources and waste
l Continuously identifies, assesses, and reduces/eliminates EHS risk (including security).
l Continuously deploys methods of reducing the environmental footprint.
l Establishes and maintains relationships with governmental authorities on matters of mutual concern including voluntary certification, maintenance of environmental permits, submission of required reports, and maintenance of data.
l Provides for timely EHS training of employees, Encourages employees’ involvement in EHS activities
l Investigates incidents (including near misses, releases, and losses) and accidents to determine root causes and prepares/directs corrective action plans.
l Plans to deal with emergency situations that could adversely impact the environment, employees, or the community
l Primary communicator of EHS messages to employees and management.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
l Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or environment engineering relative is preferred;
l At least 6 years working experience in EHS field, 2 years or above working experience in a managerial position, in foreign owned company, and in a manufacturing company;
l Familiar with Quality and EHS management system;
l Familiar with EHS related laws and regulations.
l Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and training/mentoring skills;
l Strong problem analysis and solving ability;
l Good command of both spoken and written English;
l Familiar with MS Office;
l Can work comfortable in a fast moving and evolving environment
