职位描述
以下职位招聘3人,分别是资深财务分析和财务分析。
Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
Monitor plant’s financial performance on a daily basis by preparing a daily update; track and analyze plant’s financials, including overhead spending, PPV, sales, headcounts, BOM, consumption, factory efficiency, and scrap, and interpret the financial results to all departments, and work as a liaison to communicating department’s performance;
Support Finance Manager in variance analysis, foreign exchange rate evaluation, headcount analysis, and other analysis required;
Assist Finance Manager in monthly closing process
Prepare plant’s weekly reporting, monthly analysis/reporting, monthly forecast, annual operations plan, and strategy planning process; and coordinate with relevant departments in volume and spending forecast;
Support in business case/CEA update;
Track the cost savings activities by working with Plant’s lean representative, (ie VAVE program saving, CIS saving)
Coordinate accounting activities with central accounting team in planning, recording, and reviewing, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and fixed assets management.
Administer Hyperion in actual reporting, FCST and budget planning, including Hyperion account verification, retrieve sheet setup and maintenance, and data extracting, loading, and backup.
Other projects
Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree in accounting/finance required.
Minimum of three years experience in finance/accounting in a manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to plant’s financial analysis and reporting, MNC and automotive experience preferred.
Knowledge of US GAAP, China GAAP, and SOX requirements is required.
Advance excel skill is preferred
Experience with ERP system is a must. Mfg/Pro (QAD) and Hyperion experience highly preferred.
Good language skills in Mandarin and English
Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills; team player and ability to work independently with all levels of the organization.
Senior cost analyst
Responsibilities:
l Collect and analyze the plant manufacturing data, including, but not limited to product engineering cycle time, machining time, standard manning requirement by part number, and by manufacturing process.
l Collect information needed from various departments, review the accounting set up for existing part numbers, establish the accounting setup for new part numbers in the system; and review bills of materials and routings for accuracy.
l Assist in review and analysis of manufacturing variance accounts each month and preparation of reconciliation reports; assist in review of raw material and packaging costs for accuracy on a regular basis; and reconcile Purchase Price Variance accounts monthly; and reconcile other material variance accounts monthly.
l Work closely with Materials department in reviewing monthly cycle count reports for large variances, and follow up with action plan for improvements; monitor and fixing inventory levels for negative quantities and errors; review slow moving and no activity reports for potential write offs; and ensure un-salable and discontinued items are disposed of, written off or reserved for as appropriate.
l Reconcile perpetual vs. GL inventory balances on a monthly basis; and prepare monthly inventory turns report.
l Lead the annual physical inventory activities.
l Review the bonded process in warehouse, and ensure all activities are in compliance with the regulations and laws by working with the related parties.
l Assist in preparation of annual Operating Planning including development of annual standard hourly direct labor rate, standard manufacturing costs, projection of standard cost increase for the following year; and update frozen standard costs in the system annually.
l Work as a liaison with the plant and Asia Pacific Cost Estimating team in preparations of cost estimates for new products and product changes.
l Assist in Cost Reduction program and in measurement of actual savings vs. OP.
l Perform other directly related appropriate duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
l Bachelor degree in accounting/finance required.
