RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and coordinate monthly financial forecast process and prepare package to management with efficiency and effectiveness.

- Analyze the financial performance with focus on variance against budget and prior period.

- Communicate to business & department leader, AP Finance on the analysis and recommendation of action to address any performance issue.

- Prepare other varies reports required for management decision and review

- Performed periodic financial estimation which including providing insightful comments to key variances vs prior period.

- Financial controllership of the assigned business

- Regular financial analysis support to management and business assigned.

- Assist and support Sarbanes Oxley by adhering to documented processes and assisting with testing.

REQUIREMENT:

.Bachelor degree in accounting/finance required, and MBA is preferred

.Minimum 10 years experience in finance or Accounting Experience, Analysis, any Big 4 firm experience is preferred.

In a manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to US GAAP, China GAAP, SOX requirements, and other relevant policies and regulations.

.Fluent Mandarin and English

.Strong business acumen.

.Good communication skill with various levels in the organization.

.Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills; team player and ability to work independently with all levels of the organization.

.Experiences of Hyperion is high appreciated, and experience of SyteLine and SAP is a plus.

.Good sense of US and China GAAP.

.Professional Certificate, such as CPA/ACCA/CMA, is a plus.
