Senior Marketing Intelligence Specialist
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include:
1. Support Marketing Manager to develop go-to-market strategies for targeted market segments - usually assigned on project basis.
2. Collect and analysis market intelligence to identify potential opportunities and drivers for target segments.
3. Plan and conduct new product launch programs.
4. Conduct market studies and research to support market analysis and make recommendations for strategic options.
5. Closely work with sales team to regularly update/maintain the customers database and develop good business understanding for targeted market segments.
6. Monitor and report on competitive activities.
7. Plan and execute of marketing communication activities to drive better awareness align with global marcomm strategy, support on distributors and dealers with all marketing related issues / needs.
8. Prepare reports and/or presentations of business results and industry/customer/competitor movement update, including options / recommendations for strategy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
a. At four-year university bachelor´s degree or above in marketing or chemical or polymer chemistry is required.
b. Minimum 3-year experience of business to business marketing in an international company, previous experience in coatings or adhesives industries is preferred.
c. Demonstrates a high level of ownership and team working.
d. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
e. Good data analysis skill.
f. External communication is in Chinese, corporate internal communication is in English.
g. Excellent communication skills.
h. Good computer skills, mainly Excel and Power Point.
