ROLE PURPOSE
EHS management to foster a safe, healthy working environment for all employees complying with Government/ Hansgrohe regulations, laws, policies and company management.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

? Authority auditing organization, coordination, correction tracking and supervision
? Waste material management and treatment including valuable and valueless
? Occupational disease management including disease impact evaluation, disease prevention, health check arrangement, etc
? Work related injury and accident identification, treatment, protection, training, reporting and following corrective action
? Fire protection management and employee training
? Plating production certificate application and coordination
? Employee meal management avoiding any sanitary issue
? Emergency predictive control and planning
? EHS management for construction contractors
? PPE management

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Critical Knowledge: Bachelor degree in EHS related
Critical Skills:
？ Strong communication and coordination skills
？ Active and solution providing
？ Good English skills both in written and spoken
Critical Experience:
3-5 years working experience of EHS management in foreign companies with Manufacturing background
