Sr. Field Sales Engineer(美国500强通讯行业,要求英语熟练,有一定软件编程经验)

工作地点:苏州/上海/杭州(根据应聘者实际情况可协调)


职位要求:

1.Bachelor degree in engineering or science is required, master degree is preferred. Excellent English and Mandarin.

Strongly prefer candidates with overseas education and work experience in an English speaking country (US, Canada, UK, Australia etc).

2.Require 5+ working experience at multi-national company, preferably US or Western Europe countries.

3.Very pleasant personality with strong social skills in different cultures. Highly motivated, and a goal getter. 4.Good experience with direct customer interaction and product/sales training are required.

5.Minimum Software Skills:

a)3 years experience in Windows development with Win32 API and Visual C++.

b)Knowledge of STL.

c)Knowledge of Windows HID (Human Interface Device) driver architecture.

d)Knowledge of Windows message based programming.

e)Knowledge of events driven programming.

f)Experience with Visual Studio 2008 or later.

g)Experience with multi-thread programming.

h)Experience with DLL technology and call back functions.

6.Desired additional skills (Will be able to read and understand Spokes code)

a)3 years experience of Windows programming with C# and .NET Framework 3.5 or later

b)Experience with COM and/or ActiveX programming

c)Experience with managed/unmanaged interop programming

7.Additional software skills nice to have:

a)Knowledge of Adobe Flash programming (Flex)

b)Experience with HTML and Javascript


职位描述:

1.Serve as a field sales/marketing engineer to support APAC team, partners and customers with integrating audio device with partner Unified Communications

2.Engage local UC partners and key end users (via field visit and conference call), and identify software requirements and feasibility of integrating audio device in UC partner softphone.

3.Conduct conference call on a regular basis with the US software product teams, and gain a good understanding of Unified Communications software roadmap. He/she will accurately communicate the APAC customer expectations and requirements.

4.Must have excellent English language skills and be sensitive in communicating under different cultures, that will help him/her to understand and communicate the expectations of both customer and the product team, and bridge the gap while satisfying the customer needs.

5.Support the Product Marketing team and Marcom teams with a variety of initiatives that shall improve customer knowledge and confidence in software product solutions.

6.Knowledge of popular UC soft phone such as Microsoft LYNC, Cisco IP Communicator, Avaya 1xCommunicator, Huawei eSpace.

7.Work is performed primarily thru email, IM and 1:1 call, and group conference call. Travel is required when necessary, approximately 20-30% in average and sometimes 50%. The candidate may travel to the US and APAC countries if necessary.
