行业分析与搜寻
简历筛选及电话沟通，以确定可能合适的候选人

任职要求：
学士学位,英语优秀者优先
1年猎头/咨询/培训行业的工作经验,或者从事销售/人事类的岗位
强烈的结果导向精神，为结果负责任

Responsibilities:
Draft Job Description based upon information provided by client
- Cold call to find potential candidates
- Sourcing candidate from various channels
- Conduct the telephone screening
- Support consultant in other recruiting process
- Industry analysis and market search
- CV screening & telephone interview identified possible candidates


Job Requirements
- University Degree, good English is a plus
- 1 years experience in headhunting/Consultancy/Training industry or sales/HR related positions

- Strong sense of responsibility and team work
