Application Specialist（欧美独资医疗设备行业公司，要求英语熟练，必须有过医生经验）

Role and Responsibility:
As key member of the R&D team, he/she will:
- Participate in new product development (product definition, concept and prototype development, verification & validation, design transfer)
- Provide critical input for product development based on application, customer workflow, and user experience
- Perform certain product verification and validation task as an internal end user
- Assist in customer acceptance test and act as interface between development team and customers
- Provide documentation for CE, UL or other standard along with design team
- Work with cross-functional team to ensure product design meets the requirement for manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation.
- Assist manager in team and capability build-up, especially around application/workflow knowledge

Essential Requirement:
- B.S. degree
- Minimal 3 years working experience in histopathology lab (e.g. as lab technician or pathologist)
- Hands-on experience and solid knowledge in histopathology principle, application, workflow, and typical hospital end user requirement
- Interested in product development and willing to work with engineers to development solutions for customers
- Good English communication ability (verbal and written)
- Must be a team player

Desired Qualification:
- Medical degree in histopathology, and deep domain knowledge in histopathology practice including diagnosis
- Experience in working in hospital as a doctor
- Experience in working with engineers on product development, sales, or service
- Knowledge around general hospital practice and workflow, including HIS or LIS
- Global collaboration experience in matrix organization, ideally in medical device industry
