职位描述


Major Responsibilities:

List major areas of responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Where appropriate, include quantifiable data; i.e., budget dollars.

  • Supervise all employees in safety issues, ensure safety working conditions in accordance with relevant laws, TRW Global and International Standards.
  • Identify any potential risks, which may cause accident, to obstruct hazardous activities, which expose to such risks and notify to both individuals and managers.
  • Regularly prepare and conduct the training of Fire Drill, First Aid, Safety Awareness.
  • Encounter arising accident, stop every activities which will endanger to employee and assets, perform first aid for victim, investigating root cause of accident, propose corrective action plan and present to managers, Plant Manager.
  • Complete and maintain reports i.e. Health, Safety, Accident, Environment, both periodically and occasionally, which is required by law, TRW or International Standards.
  • Ensure all personal protection equipments are in right condition, sufficient for employee, and obtain certificates. Control stock of these equipments.
  • Associate with HR Manager in induction programme for new employee in particular safety issues, promote safety awareness at all time.
  • Update and maintain key statistics i.e. accident, illness, usage of first aid facilities. etc. including updating of safety board.
  • Issue, develop and maintain safety regulations. In liaison with line manager to ensure these regulations are combined in the work instruction and respected by employee.
  • Perform various relevant duties as assigned by Plant Manager.
  • Ensures that HSEMS requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the HSEM Program and the ISO-14001 standard.
  • Reports on the performance of the HSEMS to top management for review.
  • Coordinates the development of procedures and work instructions.
  • Coordinates health, safety and environmental compliance and management systems audits.
  • Provides input on setting objectives and targets.
  • Accesses legal & other requirements, and maintains a list of applicable requirements.
  • Reports HSEMS non-conformances to management.
  • Reports health, safety and environmental legal no-compliances to management.
  • Participates in HSEMS Management Review meetings.
  • Performs other duties as described in Health, Safety and Environmental Management System Procedures.


Key Competencies:

Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.

  • Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
  • Knowledge of computer.
