R03-Regional Manager After Sales
Responsibilities:
- To set, follow up and enforce Porsche Centre targets based on KPIs, market situation and Porsche China long term planning (LRP) requirements.
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of the annual dealer business plan
- To ensure overall business profitability and efficient operations for both Porsche Centre and Porsche China, exploring and implementing all feasible business opportunities.
- To ensure the constant service capability of Porsche Centres with regard to facilities, equipment, staffing and processes as far as possible
- Responsibility for steering dealership After Sales manager in order to achieve agreed targets.
- To develop, follow up and enforce long term individual After Sales strategies for the Porsche Centre together with dealer principal, After Sales manager and Porsche China
- To ensure and support the implementation of recommended business practice and valid dealer operating standards, projects and requirements and ensure the achievement of Porsche China standards
- To represent the interests of the Porsche Centre at Porsche China level. Initiating and implementing actions and measures as required
- To ensure the implementation of correct people practices, including recruitment strategy, ongoing development, training and retention
- Documentation of and reporting on the implementation of agreed dealer action plans, addressed during regular visit
- To set / approve activity plans for, follow up and coordinate Dealer Support Team / Service Support Team missions as required
- To innitiate and setup programmes and activities to ensure highest customer satisfaction
- To monitor and ensure that the highest standards of Porsche Corporate Identity, appearance cleanliness and maintence are reflected and maintained in all areas of the Porsche Centre business.
- To represent the Porsche Brand in all customer/prospect contacts and relations
- Providing feedback on all challenges, issues, customer requirements, expectations and behaviours unique or specific to the local market or region.
- Provide feedback about the market place in regard to owner expectations, dealership performance, and franchise compliance; and other service/customer satisfaction projects as required
- Provide field service support for customers and dealers with emphasis on achieving complete customer satisfaction
- Active involvement in Porsche China After Sales projects when required
Requirements:
- Diploma in automotive technology, business administration or equivalent
- Excellent English knowledge
- Good experience in IT-Knowledge (MS Office, e-mail, Internet, Intranet, PPN)
- 5 years Automotive experience with emphasis on business operations
- Team oriented working attitude
- Excellent knowledge of the Automotive Retail Business
- Understanding of Porsche cooperate philosophy, image and identity
