Product Development Manager/研发、产品开发经理
上班地点：上海张江（下半年搬至漕河泾）

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHS responsibilities)
1. Running polymerization reactor; running a laboratory spray dryer; analyzing dispersions; scaling-up
2. Full responsibility for lab operation, EHS and good lab practice according GC and cooperate regulations
3. On-time delivering innovative solution & report according to agreed targets
4. Working smartly, effective and focused on free R&D
5. Keep pace with scientific development in the field of emulsion polymerization
6. Keep awareness of Intellectual Property by business field IP watching, IP filing and initialize publications
7. Collaboration, cooperate and support internally with business partners (locally & globally) and peers (team members & other BU), such as Technical Service, Business Development, Production, Sales, Marketing, IP & Legal, Analytical & Synthesis, Silicone and Bio-Solutions etc.
8. Collaboration, cooperate externally with research field counterparts, such as institutes, universities, organizations and authorities etc. in alignment with divisional R&D.
9. Productivity increase
10. Raw material qualification
11. Writing experimental reports
12. (Possibly later) leading technicians and/or junior scientists
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
1. Preferred Doctor or Master degree on chemistry or chemical engineering preferable macro-molecule science especially on emulsion polymerization and colloid system focus
2. Working experiences in the R&D or Technical Service field in industry is beneficial
3. Practical laboratory experience
4. Strong analytical skills on polymer synthesis and structures
5. Taking initiative, positive and keep curiosity character
6. Fluent in English, understand German is an extra
7. Having knowledge and/or experience on project management
8. Basis IT knowledge
9. Willingness to travel
