Senior Assembly Process Engineer（欧美独资医疗设备公司，要求熟悉装配工艺，英语良好）

工作地点：浦东

Reports To: Engineering supervisor

Area of Responsibilities:

Production Preparation

？ Make production preparation for assembly products according to design requirement

？ Design the engineering process

？ Design the layout and fixture needed

？ Calculate the working hour per the engineering process and provide the BMC data

Engineering process

？ Responsibly for engineering assembly/machining process, such as process document, SAP main data,ECR;

？ Handle new product introduction project into normal production;

Quality control

？ Use quality tools to solve the technical and quality problem occurred in assembly process and ensure the OTD

？ Find the rootcauses and take effective measures to avoid repeated quality issues

？ Analyze customer complaint and define effective CAPA;

？ Organize continues improvement for quality optimization;

Know-how sharing

？ Build up and maintenance the know-how sharing platform to others;

DBS Kaizen Involvement

？ Participate DBS workshops to learn various DBS tools

？ Apply the tools in daily work to improve continues the engineering process/ quality with various DBS tools to achieve better customer satisfaction

Operator Training

？ Prepare training material and deliver the training to operators concerning assembly process

Person Specification:

Essential

Qualifications & Education:?

University or above

Skills & Knowledge:?

PRO E experience

? Excellent knowledge of mechanical assembly/machining processing

Experience:?

5 years above relevant working experience;

?

2 years people management experience is preferred;

Personal Skills / Attributes:?

Production/Engineering background, understand relevant product;

? Good communication skill;

? Good problem-solving skill;

? Proficient with LEAN tools practice;

? Good team player

Other areas: eg. Language & office skill?

Fluent oral&reading English

? Computer level: Proficient with Word, Excel
