Great China Sales Manager 大中华区销售经理

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
· Lead and coach the Sales Management Team of LBC in Greater China
· Secure and grow the business with existing key customers, make sure current business runs smoothly
· Develop new markets/ applications for VINNAPAS Redispersible Powders in Greater China
· Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competitor information to support strategy setting
· Set up LBC distributors target through closely work with regional sales managers, and evaluate it’s performance at middle-year, year-end
· Manage, support and coach the distributors
· Prepare and implement marketing activities according to market plan
· Deliver input for sales plan and forecasting
· Optimize and ensure smooth ordering and logistics concept for key customers
· Handle and settle customer complaints in collaboration with other relevant Wacker functions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
· More than 10 years experience in dry mix or related industry with focus on Sales, Master or Bachelor in Chemistry or Business Administration (also available for internal posting)
· Experience in working with and do lobbying towards government institutions related to the construction industry
· Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
· Fluent in English, spoken and written
· Excellent communication skills – above average interpersonal skills
· Team spirit
· Target oriented and persistent (never give up)
· Full of energy and initiatives to develop new markets, applications and customers
· Willingness to travel
· Ability to work under pressure
· Self-reliant
· Good sense of judgement
