Position: Field Service Engineer – East China

现场服务工程师 – 华东区

Report to: Regional Sales Manager – East China

Location: Shanghai 上海

Job Summary:

Provide service on site for key accounts on behalf of OEM, including training / installing / instructing etc. Be responsible for building good communicating interface with customer’s supervisor on fields;

为客户提供原厂360度客户支持服务， 包括提供培训、设备安装、现成指导等；负责和客户现场主管建立良好的沟通界面；

Assist Regional Sales Manager to maintenance installed base customers and develop new potential customers;

协助东区区域销售经理维护既有客户并开发新的潜在客户；

Main responsibilities:

· Provide field service for key accounts timely and collect feedback from supervisor on customer’s site; 定时进行大客户现场服务回访, 并收集客户现场使用反馈，提交服务报告，响应客户要求；

· Provide training and instructing on site according to customer’s requirements； 按照客户要求提供现场产品培训及指导；

· Provide technical supporting service for customers；为客户现场提供技术支持服务， 如安装指导；

· Coordinate with distributors to take product training to Tier2 partners; 配合代理商渠道对二级合作伙伴进行培训拓展；

· Coordinate with distributors to develop new potential customers; 配合代理商开发新的潜在客户；

· Improve key account management and customer satisfaction； 巩固销售通路并提高大客户管理及客户满意度；

· Maintain strong customer base and relation on site; 维护客户基础、现场客户沟通界面及客群关系；

Desired profile of the candidate

Education:

l Junior college/High School Graduates/ Special School / Technical secondary School

高中/中专/技术学校以上

Language:

l Mandarin /English 普通话/英语可读写即可

Professional experience:

l Good experience in technical supporting on fields . 最好有相关现场技术支持服务经验；

l Good responsibility, motivated to work effectively without direct supervision. 责任心强，积极主动；

l Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通及人际关系处理能力；

l Good presentation and training skill. 良好的讲演及培训能力；

l Solid computer skills in Excel, Power Point and Word. 熟练使用字处理软件；

l Willing to travel；可以出差；

l Upright, Honesty, Outgoing, Diligent; 正直，诚实，开朗，勤奋；

l 2-3年以上工作IT工作经验；男女不限；
