Commodity Mgr-Mechanical（欧美独资公司，医疗行业龙头企业，丰厚薪资，丰富的海外培训机会）

Purpose/Objective:

Drive material cost reduction and supplier base optimization to yield the best cost and quality for the assigned commodity.

Area of Responsibilities:

？ Negotiate the terms and contracts for the assigned commodity to drive the best in term of total cost of ownership for the company.

？ Participate in the VAVE actives to drive material cost reduction, and support the new product development.

？ Participate in the supplier audit activities to secure a capable supplier base regarding quality, delivery, code of conduct, risk and environment.

？ Communicate requests and assure expedient and reliable corrective action from the supplier if a problem or failure occurs that is relevant to the Supplier’s product .This includes working closely with other departments company internally and supplier externally.

？ Implement ongoing supplier management process and drive continuous Improvement.

？ Collaborate with QA Personnel, R&D and other departments as required.

？ Other tasks may be assigned by the company or managers.

Organization Chart:

Reporting directly to Global Commodity Manager

Person Specification:

？ Bachelor degree, Mechanical Engineering or similar

？ Solid sourcing experience in the region and familiar with Quality Management System and Supplier Audit

？ Good negotiation and commercial skills

？ Basic knowledge of mechanics processing

？ 10 years working experience and 2-3 years above experience of commodity sourcing manager in similar Global Sourcing Org.

？ Project Management Skills/ISO Medical Know ledges

？ Align methods / tools / processes with RA/QA/IE in supplier selecting and qualification, as well development from continual improvement perspectives

？ Cooperate with each department and implement and follow strictly the company regulations

？ Good team player

？ CAD or similar software, plus traveling flexibility(about 50%)

？ Good Command of English

？ Computer level: Proficient with MS office and SAP application.
