职位描述
General Purpose:
To provide process and technical support to operations as expertise in his/her responsible area.
Principle Accountabilities:
· Act as Sr. process engineer in his/her responsible area with minimum supervisory guidance.
· Optimize conversion of raw material and energy into semi-finished and finished products.
· Work with operation and R&D team for effective response for plant technical related needs.
· Lead project scope generation for projects requiring Capex. Identify and scope-out new
project opportunities. Provide and coordinate basic data and scope for MT capital projects.
· Improve existing processes
o Identify and eliminate process safety problems in existing and new processes
o Use metrics, Lean manufacturing, 6 sigma tools and automation to drive cost and
productivity improvements, Integration into DPS.
o Eliminate quality and equipment reliability problems
o Use Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA) to resolve process, safety, quality and
cost problems.
· Support Quality TS16949 and other quality production systems. Develop and upgrade
PFMEAs, Control Plans,SPC and training for ATO (assistant to operation) and operators.
· Assistance to operations for process optimization and training for ATO (assistant to
operation) and operators.
· Network with other process engineers at other plants / Leveraging MT driving business
initiatives.
Skill and Knowledge Required:
_ University degree or above in chemical engineering or chemistry field.
_ At least 5 years of experience in process technology or technical position in Chemical Industry,
and 3 years above in coating industry.
_ At least 3 years in multinational company.
_ Motivated attitude with strong problem solving and process improvement skill.
_ Good command of English communication skill.
_ PFMEA, CP, SPC skill is preferred
_ Process technology experience of auto paint, pigment paste, tints and primer is highly preferred.

_ To operate in constant dynamic, cooperative and high effective working environment to respond
the fast changes to improve the business performance versus objectives.
