Senior Commodity Leader（欧美医疗设备行业独资公司，市中心上班，要求英语熟练）

Job Description:

Responsibilities

* Identify, develop & qualify Electronics/Electro-mechanical suppliers in Asia support Low Cost Region outsourcing strategies

* Will be responsible for implementing and executing Direct sourcing Initiatives and processes, define the Low Cost Country buy, in order to ensure competitiveness and business benefits.

* Effective communication with global direct material sourcing team and Plant Buyer for effective project execution

* Identification of major projects/initiatives, supplier's selection/qualification, simplification of processes and products, benefits for the business.

* Driving and delivering Deflation whilst ensuring the surety of supply of Materials and Services.

* Work closely with Global Technology, manufacturing ,Quality team and joint ownership and project execution

* Establish supplier contract and monitor performance of contracts;

* Understand and support to drive quality improvement with suppliers. "

Qualifications

* B.S. degree in Engineering, Business Administration.

* Knowledge and experience in strategic sourcing and contract management;

* Great desire to develop career in Sourcing with a World Class Sourcing Organization;

* Strategic thinking with strong business acumen. Ability to create/drive Change

* Work independently and in a rapid change environment taking responsibility for delivery of business expectations.

* Strong analytical skills, including cost analysis and financial skills

* A minimum of 5 years solid experience in purchasing activities and dealing with China and overseas suppliers; 7 years experience would be preferred

* Outstanding Team and Leadership abilities and Experience with Strategic accounts, clients or exposure to strategic customers.

* Strong influencing skills with the ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment gaining commitment at all organizational levels.

* Analytical, result-oriented, innovative, adaptable, self-motivated and team player;

* Excellent, Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

* Fluency in English

* Green Belt / Black Belt certified is highly desired.
