Lean/DBS Engineer（欧美独资医疗设备行业公司，浦东上班，有班车，要求英语熟练）
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible to drive continues improvement in all manufacturing process by creatively use and leverage LEAN and 6 sigma methodology and tools.
Always proactively work with team to find/challenge existing process wastes/obstacles to pursue higher performance.
Drive ever-improving results by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and change management process.
To provide necessary training to other team members on LEAN (or 6 sigma basic knowledge) methodology and tools.
To facilitate kaizen team in their process (may not limit within manufacturing scope).
Help to track each Kaizen event's final results.
Improve DBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in DBS tools
Job Requirements
3-5 years professional experience in implementation of Lean, 5S, Kaizen in MFG area. Strong knowledge & experience of quantitative & analytical skills, project management, and process improvement Have energy, drive and passion to achieve goals, proven self-starter on taking initiative to drive change
Good written and spoken English skills
Ability to develop, and implement a DBS roadmap for an operating business;
Excellent influencing, communication, presentation and training skills
B.S./B.A. or above in Engineering, Industrial or Business preferred or equivalent experience 3+ years experience in manufacturing working environment Familiar with electronic manufacturing and assembly processes
Honest and ethical with demonstrated history of high integrity lean experience Customer oriented, team player Ability to deliver timely, detailed and accurate information Familiar with Microsoft Office, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
GB/BB certified a plus
