FAE现场应用工程师
KEY RESULTS AREAS / DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & TIME SPENT ON THE DUTY
1. Conduct initial / onsite FA that helps FA center to identify the root cause and come up with corrective action(s) in the succeeding FA.
A. Problem analysis and root cause identification with SP, customer, factory team, etc.
B. Drive corrective action with relative team to improve quality
2. Act as a primary interface with customers, informing FA progress, presenting FA result, addressing action items, providing quality information or performance measures
A. Review FA/CAR report before sending to customer
B. Present FA/CAR report to customer and address for further concerns
C. Set up conference call with customer for quality issues
D. PCN communication and follow up with customers公司介绍
