Job Summary:
Provide professional support to help MFG achieve the financial goal.
(Job Location : 3MChina HeFei Plant.)

Responsibilities:
Tax:
§ Monthly and annual tax return
§ Tax application for non-trade oversea payment
§ Monthly VAT refund application for export sales
§ Monthly VAT free application for bonded sales
§ Make accounting entry for tax related transaction
§ Verification of domestic VAT invoice and import VAT payment slip
§ Monthly and annual statistic reporting
§ Tax return forms, tax payment slip and relevant accounting vouchers filing
§ Annual corporate income tax clearance
§ Annual certificate renew work for tax and finance
§ Provide tax comments and training to business department or other supporting department
§ Other tax/finance related work assigned by management

Plant Accounting
§ Perform month end closing process for the focus factory and plant, review and maintenance of financial database
§ Perform monthly unit cost analysis, compared with history and target
§ Perform monthly operating expense analysis, control and rolling forecast
§ Coordinate and prepare management report to fulfill the reporting requirements
§ Support MFG management team to realize plant’s financial target, such as operating expense productivity improvement, factory cost reduction etc
§ Prepare intercompany transfer price, including analysis and tracking on transfer cost subsidy issue
§ Prepare and periodically review cost study to support business gross margin management requirement.
§ Capital investment analysis and result tracking
§ Prepare and coordinate annual plant budget.
§ Be responsible for inventory evaluation of the focus factory and plant.
§ Be responsible for inventory verification of the plant(s).
§ Work independently to extract information from internal financial systems for factory cost analysis and reconciliation

Basic Qualifications:
-- Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting.
CPA or CPT is preferred.

-- Work Experience: 5-6 years working experience in a JV or multinational company for Tax and Costing
Experience in manufacturing environment is a must.

-- Required Skills: Fluent spoken and written English.
Good command of PC Skill, e.g. Excel, Powerpoint.
Good knowledge of Chinese tax system
