Job Summary:
Participate in new project and provide technical support under regular supervision;
Cooperate with maintenance department to modify or upgrade existing facilities & equipments.

Responsibilities:
§ Provide process equipment control engineering solution and integration on capital project execution.
§ Assume responsibility of directing improvement and optimization of process equipment and facilities.
§ Provide critical trouble-shooting, urgent support and audits for plant operation.
§ Implement corporate safety standard for control systems.
§ Provide technical expertise and leadership to increase equipment and facilities safety, reliability.
§ Develop and participate in electrical and control tech training, PM/PDM procedure and safety certification program.
§ Provide technical expertise for plant electrical power supply system management.
§ Developing, configuring, deploying and maintaining all of the SCADA/MES system on site.
§ Supporting the MES operation and solving challenging technical and business issues.
§ Analyzing business requirements and providing the best MES solution.

Basic Qualifications:
§ BS or above degree in Computer Science, Electrical engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical experience in a related technical field.
§ Working experience in HMI/SCADA/MES system development, configuration, and deployment, especially with Rockwell/Wonderware/GE iFix Software Products.
§ Working Experience in Automation Control and PLC programming knowledge is preferred.
§ Strong knowledge in Microsoft .Net platform, C # and/or Visual Basic programming language.
§ Strong Knowledge in Microsoft SQL 2008 database technology, especially in stored procedures, triggers, and database table schema.
§ Knowledge in Process Control Network, Industry Ethernet and related equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
§ Strong coordination ability and team work spirit.
§ Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
§ Demonstrating strong problem solving and people skills.
