Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist to implement, deploy, and administer compensation & Benefits programs those are fair, competitive, supportive of organizational strategies, and compliant with legal requirement and company direction
2. Involved in implementing C&B related policies & procedures and ensure the adherence to local regulations
3. Support on various C&B programs or projects, i.e. salary survey process, data analysis, annual merit/bonus planning and recommendation
4. Liaison well with Commercial Insurance Company as well as the Broker to smoothly facilitate this program
5. Cooperate with Asia HRIS to ensure the smooth HRIS system implementation in China. Monitors, analyzes and evaluates system utilization to encourage and ensure appropriate and efficient use of applications; audits system entries and takes remedial action as deemed appropriate.
6. Responsible for regular HR reports and analysis, such as monthly headcount report, turnover report, and should make sure the on-time delivery with accuracy
7. Involved in optimizing related HR internal process and implementation
8. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned or support to the HR business partner
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above major in Human Resources or Business Administration related
2. At least 3 years related working experience with solid C&B knowledge and skills in multi-national company.
3. Hands-on knowledge in HR system is a plus, preferably in Oracle
4. Familiar with Labor Law; government policy
5. Analytic, detail oriented, proactive, and high sense of responsibilities; confidentiality, can work under pressure
6. Good communication skill and good team player
7. Excellent communication in English
8. Excellent Computer Skill in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
