职位描述
1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and fabrication processes for old and new products.
2. Group products transfer or localization.
3. Setup, analyze and control reporting system for area of responsibility (like Quality, output, Downtimes etc.)
4. Inspection, implementation and maintenance of tooling, measuring tools, fixtures and jigs for production or subcontractor.
5. Assists maintenance in problem solving of manufacturing equipment(only for internal production).
6. Assist in measuring production times for routing and costing, calculating supplier cost.
7. Continuously improve results of internal and external process and process status audits.
8. Maintain personal Action Tracker and update weekly and report to activities to his manager.
9. Other duties as assigned.


任职要求
1. Work in a fast paced environment, adapt to assignment changes easily, ability to multi-task, learn office procedures and learn to use new software.
2. Be detailed oriented and have a “get things done” mentality.
3. Communicate effectively via oral and written with all levels of employees, vendors and customers in Chinese and English.
4. Be able to work for and with foreign colleagues and superiors.
5. 5+ years project management experience, bachelor degree in Engineering.
6. Being with experience in sheet metal production, welding, sheet metal bending and punching processes is preferred.
7. Be familiar with AutoCAD and/or Pro-E(CATIA) software.
