职位描述
- Responsible for daily warehouse operation, monitoring receiving, picking, shipping and inventory accuracy to ensure SOP and KPI fulfillment
- Assist Site Manager to plan and utilize the resources in terms of facilities, system application, people and related information data etc to achieve optimal resource allocation
- Collaborating with Account Management Team to maintain good liaison with clients to ensure the customer satisfaction
- Constantly look for improvement opportunities along the value chain, to streamline and re-engine the processes to achieve or exceed the service standard or target
- Assist Site Manager to conduct the operation excellence initiates regarding various aspects of daily operation, including productivity improvement, order and system management, space utilization, costing optimization, etc
- Responsible for reporting and statistical data analysis according to internal/external requirements and agreements
- Compliance with Health, Security and Environmental (HSE) requirements according to the internal / external standards and ensure ZERO accident rates
- Responsible for people development with proper training and specific development plan
- Motivating team member by shaping positive team culture, maintain good communication with all levels and deliver performance feedback periodically
Skill and Requirement
- Bachelor degree or higher in logistics or equivalent.
- Over 5-year warehouse working experience and over 2-year warehouse management experience in warehouse/3PL logistics.
- Technology / industrial consumer goods and / or related logistics experience is preferred
- Excellent people management skills (planning, people, operations)
- Balanced patience, analytical and action taking
- Excellent sense of responsibility.
- Excellent sense of customer satisfaction and solution focus
- Excellent project management and Implementation skill
- Positive attitude with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- Able to work in a stressful and diverse environment and cultures.
- Microsoft Office applications
- Good English Skill in terms of writing and reading
