按排放法规，对摩托车、小型发动机等尾气排放进行准确测试；
对尾气排放控制催化剂和载体进行各项发动机评价；
对摩托车、小型发动机尾气排放催化控制技术进行最优化设计；
开发和完善排放试验设备和试验方法；
对发动机实验室的重大设备进行严格管理；
对日常测试工作进行合理安排。


发动机专业，本科以上学历；
具有3年以上发动机台架试验室、排放试验室工作经验；
对发动机尾气排放催化控制技术有较深的理解，熟悉其现状和发展趋势；
熟悉尾气排放控制催化剂和载体及其评价技术；
具备良好的解决问题的能力和较强的试验技能；
工作认真负责，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
英语水平不低于4级；能较好地进行英文写作和英语交流。
