财务经理岗位职责和任职资格



工作职责：

1．根据中国的会计准则编制报表及其它财务报告

2．检查财务记录的准确性

3．负责纳税申报，尤其是制造业企业纳税申报，并符合税务局要求的期限

4．配合审计人员的工作，并及时与其他外界的政府部门沟通

5．负责固定资产管理并确保公司的资产安全

6．负责财务分析

7．培训其他财务人员

8．其他根据需要安排的工作



岗位资格：

1．会计专业本科或大专毕业

2．3-5年制造业企业经验，必须精通制造业企业出口退税政策。

3．诚实，专心，并具有开拓思维

4．财务分析能力较强

5．具有团队精神和沟通能力

6．较强的计算机能力，包括财务EPR系统

7．英语口语及书面能力较强者优先录用

8．具有CPA或者ACCA证书者优先录用



Job Description

？ Prepare Financial Reports based on Chinese GAAP

？ Check financial records

？ Be responsible for tax return (specially for manufacturing company) and reach deadline based on tax office requirement

？ Coodinate with auditors and other external authorities

？ Fixed assets management and secure property

？ Provide support for financial data analysis

？ Train other fincal department staff

？ Other related assignments as necessary




Requirements

？ Bachelor Degree or diploma with major in accounting

？ 3-5 years working experience in accounting of manufacturing enterprise and must have experience and knowledge of tax return and tax fund polily.

？ Integrity, dedicated, open-minded

？ Strong analytical ability

？ A willing team member with strong communication skills

？ Good command of PC skills including ERP system

？ Good writing and speaking English is preferable

？ CPA or ACCA is preferred
