1、具备一线开发商或代理商企划经理经验，房地产专业策划能力强；
2、具备一定的创新能力、销售信息敏锐、丰富的媒体渠道；
3、具备较强的动脑及动手能力，执行力强；
4、具备较强的跨部门协调能力、逻辑思维能力强；
5、以销售目标为导向较好的进行企划任务分解；
6、进行项目整体市场分析研究、制定并实施产品推广营销策略及促销方案等；
7、管理费用：对营销推广全年费用进行有效计划；对各阶段推广费用进行分解；对各项费用支出进行审核；
8、配合销售动作、进行跨部门协调工作。
