Job Description

• Be an advocate of LEAN manufacturing implementation at site
• Challenge status quo for driving continuous improvement
• Participate in the networking with other sites to adopte & implement good practice
• Be an advocate of LEAN manufacturing implementation at site
• Challenge status quo to identify gaps or change opportunities throug working closely with other functions. (production, engineering, technical, quality etc)
• Identify opportunities to set up the implementation plan and follow up closely
• Collaborate with other functions to leverage resources and gain commitment to support the changes
• Create an open and receptive environment for the needs of change through communication, training and experience sharing
• Involve Site level projects like LEAN projects, Site Vision workshop

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in chemical, engineering or related discipline
• Knowledge of chemical processing, both continuous and batch operations
• Knowledge of business objectives
• Specific knowledge of HSE discipline and regulatory compliance
• 1 ~ 3 years chemical industrial experience
• 1 ~ 3 years working experiences through collaborative team working
• Interpersonal awareness
