Qualification任职资格:

l Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or; 3 years post secondary school education, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Technology机械工程学专业本科学历，或大专学历三年以上工作经验，主修机械、工业或金属工艺工程.

l Blueprint Reading, Basic Measuring Techniques, Experienced and competent in using including but not limited to CAD packages, Solid Works读懂图纸，基本的测量技术，精通CAD, Solid Works等.

l Extensive practical knowledge of CNC Programming and CNC machine controls, program changeovers, and general machining processes and cutting tool selection非常熟悉CNC程序设计，及良好的CNC设备控制、程序变更，和通用机加工工序以及刀具选择.

l Working knowledge in the design of CNC fixtures具备CNC夹具设计经验.

l The practical knowledge of assembly processes 有装配工艺实践知识.

l Demonstrated ability to multi-task有能力做多种工作.

l Organized and self-motivated professional组织能力强，能自我推动.

l Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and Chinese熟练的英文说写能力.

l Excellent interpersonal skills很强的沟通能力.

l Knowledge of ANSI, SAE and other industry/customer related standards懂ANSI, SAE和有关工业方面的其他标准.

l Knowledge of GD&T, QFD, Design for Manufacturing, VE/VA, DOE, FMEA, DFMEA/PFMEA, Reliability Engineering Plans懂GD&T, QFD, 制造设计、 VE/VA, DOE, FMEA, DFMEA/PFMEA,和可靠性工程计划.

l Must be very familiar with Automotive Manufacturing Process, Synchronous Manufacturing, SPC, 8D’s, Control Plans, and Continuous Improvement Techniques非常熟悉汽车制造工艺、同步制造、SPC、8D、控制计划和持续改进技术.

l Working knowledge of TS16949有TS16949工作知识

l Knowledge of die casting equipment, machining equipment, material handling equipment, inspection/gauging equipment, tool room equipment, metal finish equipment了解压铸设备、机加工设备、物料处理设备、检验测量工具、模具间的设备和金属成型设备.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责:

l Support program manager in process and equipment procurement and development for new programs and EWO’s. 在新项目上给予项目经理工艺以及设备验收及开发的支持。

l Facilitate equipment run off, installation and ramp up to ensure flawless launch of new programs.负责新项目的设备调试，安装以及运行，保证试生产的顺利进行。

l Support production for first year of production after SOP securing sign off of operations that new lines meet S3 requirements for OEE, operation count etc.支持新生产线在各营运部门确认SOP后的第一年生产，确保新生产线的OEE以及其它营运指标达到S3的要求。

l Develops process, machine and tooling standards as they relate to machining and assembly to ensure the process is suitable for application, is functional, practical and ergonomically sound. Conduct design for manufacturing review 定义机加工和装配的工艺流程、设备和工装，保证工艺的适用性，功能性、实用和正确的人机工程.

l Assists sales and marketing in the quoting of new business, develops process capital costs, fixture, tooling, perishable tools, cycle time analysis, layout, environmental considerations etc. 协助销售部门新项目的报价，完成工艺所需资产费用、工装夹具费、易耗品费、工艺节拍分析、生产布局、环境评估等.

l Generates Equipment Floor Plans, Process Flow Diagrams and PFMEA’s from Engineering Part Prints for new programs.根据新项目工程产品图纸生成设备平面图、工艺流程图和PFMEA.

l Develop SORs for equipment, fixture and tooling. Conduct equipment, die and tooling supplier technical review, coordinate sourcing decision on equipment and fixture selection 编写设备、工装模具、夹具的技术说明。主导设备、模具、夹具供应商的技术评审，协调设备工装的采购定点.

l Follow up with equipment and tooling vendors as required, including but not limited to supplier design reviews, timeline tracking, cycle time analysis and confirm, preliminary process capability study, pre-acceptance, installation and final acceptance. Coordinate interface support to suppliers for equipment and tooling completion 按需跟踪设备工装供应商，包括但不限于供应商设计评审、进度跟踪、节拍分析和确认、初始过程能力分析、预验收、安装调试和终验收.

l Selection of lubricant, cutting tools, coolant, washing fluid etc. for new programs and EWO’s to ensure cycle time and production perishable cost are in budget 新项目润滑剂、切削刀具、.冷却剂、清洗剂等选型，保证生产节拍和生产易耗品费用在预算内.

l Generate tool layout and tool path layout, proofs of CNC programs and process parameters for new programs and EWO’s 编制新项目刀具轮廓、刀具路径安排，验证CNC程序和工艺参数.

l Participate in all APQP processes, review & timely close program open issues assigned 参与整个APQP流程，回顾并按时关闭分配的项目待完成问题.

l Develops process sheet, set-up instruction, error proofing verification instruction and other documents required by QSB as they related to process development and standardization, train production supervisor and applicable staff as required for new programs and EOWs编制新项目工艺过程卡、调试作业指导书、防错验证指导书等其它QSB所需有关工艺开发和标准化作业的文件，培训生产主管和其它相关适用人员.

l Assist in the development of check fixtures and equipment or gauging to monitor process capability 协助量具、检验工装和设备的开发以监控过程能力.

l Search out and implement new technologies and Continuous Improvement opportunities in manufacturing process field 寻找并实施加工工艺区域的新的技术和持续改进机会.

l Initiate plans and ideas for cost reductions and/or quality improvement measures 在降低成本和质量改进方面发起计划和想法.

l Provide manufacturing support to other departments within the Company as directed by the department manager 向公司内其他部门提供由部门经理指示的制造支持.

l Maintain proper filing system to ensure all information are properly stored and easily retrieved 维护适当的文件体系，确保所有信息得到适合地储存并易于查询.

l Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure 接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知危害沟通控制程序，并按体系要求执行.

l Other duties and responsibilities as department manager assigned 完成部门经理要求的其他任务.
