Responsibilities:
· Department SAP related works;
· Related daily/weekly/monthly Report;
· Assist other management for some data collection and preparation work;
· PR raiser for production material and chemicals and goods receiving;
· Monthly stationery management;
· Monthly clock in/out and HR salary system related works;
· Sub-DCC management;
· Office House Keeping Management.
· Participate in trainings, and actively reporting L&E misconduct.
· Issue daily produce plan.
· Tracking absent material
· Set up and distribute process card.
· Collect and analysis for use ratio data of Resource working hours
produce effective and capacity
· Attendance management and report
· Assist manager daily work.
· Responsible for production of the finished product delivery in PSCS.
Requirements:
· Education: At least or above junior college
· Experience: At least 3 years’ planer work experience in assemble factory.
· Competency and Skills :
a. Good on English speaking, writing & reading
b. Good communication skill and interpersonal skill will be a plus;
c. Must be Familiar with office software (excel, word, Power point etc.);
d. Know SAP basic operation such as produce plan of production line
e. Smart and good working attitude
