Your challenge (the elevator pitch)

X-function interface to make sure all the activities and process compliance to the SOP and Philips ICS control requirement.

Your responsibilities
Check and verify external contractors' daily receiving and issuing reports, post the transactions, maintain tracking logs and clarify the differences if any
Maintain data of materials receiving into SAP.
Record storage areas for materials and inventory, material shortage alert.
Manage warehouse document, label, etc. Make packing list and delivery order for FG distribution.
Periodically perform/monitor cycle counting activities, analyze the variances and implement corrective actions.
Provide support and back-up assistance to work peers. Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the superior.

Your team
Work as a team member at logistics team of SCM department, close co-ordination with internal functional teams and external contractors in ensuring timely goods receipt and issue.

We are looking for
Bachelor degree
At least 3 years working experience in warehouse area
Get familiar to warehouse management system SAP
Able to work independently and take initiative
Good team work and coordination capability
Good in English reading, writing, speaking & listening
Careful, good sense in data, proactive
Care for details
