Main Responsibilities

Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves inquiries and requests.

Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.

Tracks operational data in a database, including financial and other reporting metrics.

Uses software tools to compile data into presentation format.

Maintains accurate schedule of activities of the leader/executive supported, including complex meeting coordination and may include travel arrangements.

Independently prepare presentations and recurring reports.

Coordinates special projects and department activities.

Coordinates office functions with other departments.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

1 Develops knowledge in area of specialization and applies basic knowledge of set of procedures and processes pertaining to own area.

2 Completes a variety of assignments.

3 Typically recurring tasks and standardized activities.

4 Ability to recognize if deviation from accepted practice and procedure is required. Uses established tools and procedures to solve task-related problems. Identifies and resolves routine and recurring problems.

5 Recognizes when there is insufficient information and brings problems to the attention of others.

6 Monitors and tracks resolution of issues.Contributes to own team/closely related teams through accuracy of own work.

7 Understands team objectives and service requirements. Responsible to schedule meeting, book hotel, air flight, cars for traveler, stationery.

8 Exchanges job related information to provide routine support on an ongoing basis.


REQUIREMENTS:


1 Position experiences:

Good organizational and communication skills.

Pleasant with good interpersonal skills.

Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures.

1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience


2 Computer Skills:

Strong knowledge of MS Office applications


3 Other Special requirement:

Experience of handling customer visits with great confidence

Troubleshooting/resolve and recommend
