Responsibilities:
A. Planning and definition of work steps, working sequences andtools, jigs and fixtures.
1 Involvement in the specification with regard to the operating equipmentrequirement specification in cooperation with the departments involvedtaking account of the cost, quality and deadline targets.
2 Planning of manufacturing sequences for individual tools, jigs and fixtureswith the help of existing manufacturing methods taking account ofergonomic, production engineering and commercial knowledge andguidelines and standards by arrangement with the responsible processplanner; determination of the manufacturing costs in cooperation with thedepartments involved.
3 Working out of suggestions for design of individual components inaccordance with manufacturing requirements identifying concretepotentials for saving; inspiring design or production engineering changes.
4 Planning of individual tools, jigs and fixtures based on capacity andassignment plans to be drawn up; definition of kind, extent, and number ofindividual tools, jigs and fixtures (including auxiliary and series tools,installations, special machines); initiation of procurement or making of thedefined tools, jigs and fixtures by arrangement with the responsibleprocess planner.
5Determination of available internal capacities for the construction of tools,jigs and fixtures capacities; estimating the costs and working out ofsuggestions for internal or external procurement.
6 Definition and description of individual manufacturing sequences,manufacturing capacities and operating equipment data taking account ofthe planning variables to be determined (workflows, planned times, batchsizes); drawing up of manufacturing plans using existing systems andmethods.
7 Involvement in risk assessment in the process FMEA taking account of thecustomer requirements until SOP.
B Other tasks
1 Planning and coordination of the making of samples of individualcomponents (including component registration and provision); monitoringof the sample making; if necessary, initiation of design changes byarrangement with the responsible departments.
2 Analysis of test sample results of individual tools, jigs and fixtures basedon the documentations and test results taking account of the customerrequirements and, if necessary, derivation of measures.
3 Involvement in internal and external pre-series audits in the field ofproduction / quality assurance.
4 Drawing up, updating and administration of manufacturing documentationsin accordance with the guidelines.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, science major related.
2. Up to 5 years process work experience in lighting field.
3. Good knowledge of Notes, Microsoft Office,Quality assurance, Assembly technology.
4. Fluent English in oral and written.
