关键职责:
? 负责指定客户的销售,能够自我管理
? 通过面对面会议、电话和电子邮件的直接交流方式,向我们的现有客户和潜在客户展示我们的产品和服务
? 90%的时间用于销售会议和客户眼镜店的访问,需要国内出差。
? 作为一个Luxottica行业活动和通路营销的代表,以专业态度达成销售目标
? 按照公司流程,签订并管理所有客户的合同和相关文件
? 跟踪门店管理系统的执行
? 通过与区域团队密切合作,跟踪及执行品牌展示、促销活动和培训等
经验及技能要求:
? 大专或本科学历,有良好的英语和计算机技能的更佳。
? 4年以上的销售经验和不少于在消费品批发/分销公司2年的经验,零售行业背景尤佳。
? 熟悉时尚行业
? 有较强的谈判能力
? 有良好的客户管理的技巧
? 有解决问题的能力
? 积极主动,关注细节。
? 有处理竞争需求和优先任务的能力
? 有较强的沟通能力,包括书面、口头、电子邮件、电话和表达。

Key Areas of Responsibility:
? You will have individual sales responsibility for assigned customer accounts, and are expected to self manage; however, you will be part of a growing team of people with the same job title. Support is available by the managing Area Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager for complex and challenging issues with your responsible customers.
? Presenting our products and service to our existing and potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
? You will be expected to spend 90% of your time out of the office in sales meetings and customers’ optical store visits. Domestic travel can be expected from time to time.
? As a representative of Luxottica at industry events and tradeshows, your professional manner and polished appearance will aid your intention of gaining sales.
? Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following company procedure.
? Follow up the execution of store management system.
? Follow up and execute brand displays, promotions, trainings etc by working with regional team closely.
Required Experience & Skills:
? College or Bachelor’s degree, good command of English and good computer skill is a big plus
? 4 plus years of sales experience with not less than 2 years experience in consumer goods wholesale/distribution companies. Retail background is a plus
? Styling/fashion lover is a plus
? Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’
? Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises
? Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
? Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
? Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks
? Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
? Excellent organizational and time management skills
? A positive attitude to dealing with people
? Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual
