Summary of Client:
Our client is a Swiss WOFE (Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise) in Shenzhen. Employees are more than 1500 people. She focuses on the manufacture and development of all kinds of household appliances, such as coffee machines, steam irons, blenders etc.
Reporting Lines:
Administratively Report to: General Manager (Foreigner)
Functionally Report to: CFO of Headquarters
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for driving business from Finance and IT perspective. The role of this position is to manage a team of Accounting, costing as well as IT by involving business planning, reporting & controlling process in line with group standard. He/she also needs involve in daily accounts management with can do attitude and hands-on approach to dig into the daily operation and build a service and business oriented team with good internal customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
1. In charge of accounting, finance & treasury management based on the accounting principles, financial and economic laws in China as well as in line with financial standard of headquarters.
2. Responsible for the planning, reporting & controlling process in line with group standards. Consolidation of Shenzhen company and HK office.
3. Involve in strategic planning with top and senior management for long-term business expansion and delivery of sustainable results.
4. Control and management of cash flow, supplier credit as well as full balance sheet ownership.
5. Formalize operational routines and controls, including commercial operations, supply chain and factory (internal control system).
6. Drive the local ERP key user group.
7. Lead and develop finance team.
8. Provide analysis on key business issues, setting up of transparent reports.
9. Ensure corporate governance.
10. Manage and support IT in line with group IT policies.
11. Exercise controllership and challenge the management team on finance practice.
12. Handing of tax, legal, auditing and insurance issues.
Job Requirements:
Education:
1. Bachelor degree holder in Finance or Accounting field.
Working Experience:
1. Accounting and financial controlling experience in a sizable modern manufacturing environment in an International company.
2. 10 years and above of experience in finance & accounting with at least 5 years in senior management position in an international company.
3. Previous experience in organizational changes, change management and development will be advantageous.
4. Strong controllership mindset, capabilities and a sound knowledge in financial and operating systems.
5. Experience in strategic planning and execution.
6. Proven leadership in leading, coaching and motivating team.
7. Knowledge of international modern finance and accounting system, Familiarity in ERP system.
8. Good knowledge in statutory requirements and capable of handling legal issues (contracts, etc.).
Competency/Skills required
1. Excellent presentation skills on financial reports. Certified accounting /finance certificate in China.
2. Ability to identify areas for improvement and able to implement change management.
3. A hands-on person with excellent communication skills and able to work with all levels of staff within the group.
4. A team player with high integrity, initiative, mature, high level of competency and love challenging jobs.
5. Strong analytical skill.
6. Fluent in English is a must.
