Major Responsibilities/Activities:
l Plan customized plan for each product, develop response strategy for mico market, segment local market,
Identify resistance to local market development. Analyze market opportunities with regional characteristic.
2 Transmit market strategy on behalf of market division.
Utilize support resource of market division.
3 Organize various regional academic meetings .
Motivate sales team participate in and assist in marketing promotion.
Guide sales representative to execute marketing activities.
4 Develop relations with regional KOLs.
Develop a key account management plan.
Cultivate regional product academic lecturer pool.
5 Summarize core selling points.
Good at utilizing clinic literature and support data.
Clearly compare with competent product.
Familiar with relevant diseases and remedial fields.
Elucidate feature, benefit and advantage of the products.
6 Train representative product knowledge and strengthen regional academic promotion.
7 Collect information of market execution.
Duly communicate on market execution information with product manager.
Regularly report market execution information to Regional sales manager.
8 Listen to customers’ feedback to products.
Evaluate effect of market execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
l Industry experiences: Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in the nutrition industry working at MNC
2 Position experiences: Minimum of 3 years experience in district sales management or regional local marketing working at MNC.
Have a good market sense and sensitivity.
Good analytical and problem solving skill.
Ability to cross-Function cooperation.
3 Language Skills:Communication skills in English, written and spoken.
4 Computer Skills: Competency in MS office i.e. word/excel/PPT.
5 Mobility: Be flexible to travel according to business needs.
6 Certificate Required:
7 Other Special requirement: Good team spirit.
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
