职位描述

Mission/ Position Headline: Developing and acquiring NEW customers, implement
sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Renewing key large
EXISTING customers, workflow support , customer advocacy, partnership with BPs
to close key deals.
1. Implement “Go-To-Market” strategy for the designated area, focusing on
identifying and exploiting business development opportunities.

development budget, including revenue forecasting, expense tracking, and

instruments. Implement strategies for complex deal management, ensuring
effective negotiation and closure of high-value instrument sales.

Management team in renewing key strategic accounts. Develop contingency plans
for top-tier clients to maintain and strengthen business relationships.

to drive revenue growth and increase market share, utilizing a consultative

cross-functional teams to offer total solutions, combining instrument sales

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, government policy updates and
customer feedback to inform sales strategy and identify areas for improvement.

performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior leadership and emphasize

Education and Experience
Experience- 5-years working experience in Healthcare/IVD within sales function.
在销售职能方面拥有5年的医疗/体外诊断行业工作经验。- Rich knowledge of sales cycle, opportunity
management and negotiation tactics.对销售周期、机会管理和谈判策略有丰富的知识。- Excellent
understanding of sales workflow, sales chain and marketing sensitivity to
analytics.对销售工作流程、销售链和市场分析的敏感性有出色的理解。- Fully understanding of government policy
of medical device industry充分了解医疗器械行业的政府政策。- Excellent verbal and written
communication skill in Chinese as well as good command of English.
